  • CORK CONSTITUTION RUGBY CLUB.                                                                  We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed M & E Design at the Cork Constitution Rugby Club. The new facility consist the following facilities: four new changing rooms, plantrooms, medical treatment rooms, referees facilities, meeting room, gymnasium, function hall, shop, office, main bar and Presidents Bar. Congratulations to all involved in the successful delivery of the project.

  • UCC VICTORIA LODGE APARTMENTS                                                                                         EDC have commenced works on the refurbishment of Victoria Lodge Students Apartments. Located in the very heart of Cork City Victoria Lodge is ideal accommodation for full time UCC students. EDC are delighted to be selected to provide mechanical and electrical support on this project and to face the challenge of strict time frame for the project completion as the complex has to be ready to welcome its students before the start of next academic year.                                        
  • ETON MANOR

    We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed on the M & E design at the historic Eton Manor.

    During the Olympic Games, Eton Manor will be an aquatics training venue, housing three Olympic-size temporary swimming pools, a temporary synchronised swimming pool and a temporary water polo pool. During the Paralympic Games, it will host the Wheelchair Tennis.

  • NEW CONSTRUCTION ACT

    The Local Democracy Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 (“LDEDC Act”) came into force on 1 October 2011. The Act affects nearly all new construction and engineering contracts in England Wales and Scotland.  A new scheme governing payment and adjudication has been published. 

  • NEW CONTRACTS

    Our Cork office has recently started work on a new, long awaited hospital complex in Cork, whilst our London office has just been awarded a prestigious shopping centre in London.
