Würth is the world's number one supplier of assembly products and consumables for the automotive and construction sectors.
The project consists of conversion of a food processing facility into a warehouse, training facility and office accomodation. The design period and construction period are both extremely aggressive, with the client also getting a phased handover to meet his business demands. The new building is located adjacent to the clients existing facility - this enabled all security and data systems to be easily extended to cater for the new requirements.
